Every day morning my server hangs when i checking it is due to cpanel backup. it is taking long time to finish this. so please advice me good solution for this,

Are you already using a different disk for the backups? Try doing your backups at a time when your server's rather idle.

It is not running at peak time but it is taking time to finish backuping mysql i have Big database around 2.5GB and that taking its load

Well, in that case there isn't much you can do except "running your backups with lowest priority". I am not sure how would that be done with cpanel, but the guys at cpanel support might be helpful.
