What are the rules you're using?

btw check your audit log (common audit file: /usr/local/apache/logs/audit_log) for what rule is causing the problem and then remove that rule.

I have Good mod_security conf in my server i was looking for good one that will not break any Vbulleting Template.

Hey Katmai. if you are editing .htaccess in my knowledge no need to restart APACHE,  if you know some thing more about it  update me.
