plz help me i get this error when i try to activate the shoutbox
Fatal error: Call to undefined method databaseEngine::write_query() in /www/vndv.com/f/u/n/funland/htdocs/forum/inc/plugins/spicefuse_shoutbox.php on line 42
It only works for MyBB 1.4 now. Read the first post and then visit this page : http://web.archive.org/web/2008012113152...-t-69.html .. You'll have to download the older shoutbox and follow the instructions on that page.
File linked in that page isn't more avaible...
I need to run shoutbox on mybb 1.2.13 because language pack 1.4 for my language isn't ready yet...
Is there othe places in which download older versions?

When I use a UTF-8 language file, my mybb style will indisposed and I can't access to last post links and some other errores !!

The shoutbox of This forum use unicode uft8 well BUT
When i type unicode utf-8, My shoutbox don't show (You see image, it's "?")
Can you help me ?

Hi, I have installed the shoutbox plugin, but it does not display the shouts, only Loading...
I have tried going into ACP-Configuration-Settings-spicefuse shoutbox and pressing save, but still nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?

^ Make sure you have uploaded the correct javascript file. Try re-uploading all the files in the zip file in the exact hierarchy as they are in the zip file (i.e. if you are using MyBB 1.4).

In that case, please go to Tools -> Error Console (on Firefox) and click Clear Errors. Refresh the page, and then copy/paste any errors it's throwing.
Edit: Nevermind, go to ACP -> under settings, Click Change -> click SpiceFuse Shoutbox -> and save it without changing anything. That should fix it.

on one of my forums themes the shoutbox doesnt load...
i have firefox 3.02
the shoutbox works on 2 other themes that i installed
i tried clearing the shouts like u said before
