Getting backlinks from Forums is useful OR from Good Directories......apart from websites.[/u]

You should do both. It's difficult to say which is better, but in general it would be better if the page's topic is relevant to the link. So a forum could be better if you are posting in a topic relevant forum. But if you have the time you should do both because both types of links will be helpful. Just try to avoid spammy directories and forums.
